MYSTERY SHOPPERS in your practice

Indeed, we can offer you the services of "mystery shoppers". These are average, every day people who will visit your practice, speak with your staff and assess what they see, from a totally objective point of view.

Once they have finished their visit, we set up a "debrief", note their comments and draft up a report of their findings, which, is then given to you for review.
